About Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a gentle, non-invasive way to help the brain function at its best. Using sensors placed on the scalp, brain activity is measured in real time, and the client receives feedback through sounds or visuals such as music or images. When the brain shifts into healthier, more balanced patterns, the system provides a reward, reinforcing those positive changes. Over time, this “training for the brain” helps to improve focus, sleep, mood regulation, stress resilience, and overall emotional balance. Because it is drug-free and works with the brain’s natural ability to adapt, neurofeedback is safe for both children and adults.
Brain Mapping (QEEG)
Brain mapping, also known as a quantitative EEG (QEEG), is the first step in creating a highly personalized neurofeedback program. By measuring brainwave activity at different locations on the scalp, we can create a detailed picture—or “map”—of how the brain is functioning. This map highlights areas that may be overactive, underactive, or out of sync, which often correspond to symptoms such as anxiety, sleep disturbances, or attention difficulties. With this roadmap, we can design a customized training plan that directly addresses each client’s unique needs, making neurofeedback both precise and effective.
