Dr. Shan Siddiqi is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who completed his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Following residency, he practiced in urgent care while developing his skills in functional and regenerative medicine—a passion sparked by his wife, a naturopathic doctor while in medical school.

Dr. Siddiqi is certified in advanced peptide therapies through A4M and specializes in functional medicine, hormone optimization, sexual health, gut health, and advanced regenerative procedures for joints, aesthetics and sexual health. His unique approach combines evidence-based medicine with cutting-edge therapies to optimize health, performance, and longevity.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Siddiqi is a car enthusiast, electric guitar player, and mixed martial arts practitioner. He is also the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing regenerative therapies to uninsured combat sports athletes.
