Alexander Diana is a passionate holistic health and wellness movement specialist dedicated to helping people understand their bodies and achieve sustainable balance in both mind and body. With a strong foundation in exercise science and a diverse background in functional training and bodywork, Alexander combines knowledge, compassion, and practical guidance to empower individuals on their wellness journey.
He holds multiple certifications, including NSCA Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Functional Patterns Human Foundations, and Lotus Palm Thai Head and Neck Massage, as well as a Diploma in Exercise Science from the Health and Fitness Professional Association (HFPA).
This diverse training allows Alexander to approach health from a truly integrative perspective—bridging movement, strength, postural alignment, recovery, and mindful self-care.
At Shin Wellness, Alexander emphasizes education as much as application.
